Privacy Policy

MABSSERVICES ("MABS," "we," "us") operates mabsservices.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.

01Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the business details you select (industry, revenue range, what you want to automate, and timeline). When you book a call, scheduling details are handled by Google Calendar.
  • Information collected automatically. When the form is submitted, our server records basic technical metadata (IP address, browser user-agent, and the referring page) to help prevent spam and abuse. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser.

02How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct a free AI audit call, and communicate about a possible engagement. We do not sell your personal information.

03Service providers

We share the minimum necessary with the providers that operate the site:

  • Resend — delivers the email notification of your inquiry to us.
  • Google (Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Calendar, Workspace) — hosts the site, processes the form request, powers our email, and handles call scheduling.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

04Cookies & tracking

We do not use advertising cookies. The site stores a single language preference in your browser's local storage. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a notice.

05Data retention

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

06Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any right, email book@mabsservices.ai.

07Security

We use reputable providers and transport encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

08Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

09Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
